elevated b96Kt Peacefully, on Thursday August 30, 2018 at Lakeridge Health – Bowmanville. Cherished husband of Maria for 62 years. Loving father of Rosemary (Edgar), Velma (David) and Vic (Julie). Predeceased by his parents, Cecilia and Pierino. Beloved brother and brother-in-law to Maria, Rina (Giuseppe), Yolanda, Ernesto, Lisetta (Adriano), Maria (late Pierino), Chris (late Anna), Agatha (late Peter) and predeceased by Giuseppe, Umberto (Lucia) and Palmira. Loving Uncle/Zio to many nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy. The family will receive family and friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home 211 Langstaff Road East (west of Bayview Ave.) from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8pm on Tuesday September 4th. A Funeral Mass of Christian burial will take place within the funeral home in the Chapel of St. Joseph on Wednesday, September 5th at 1:30 pm. The final rite of committal and interment will take place at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (8361 Yonge Street Thornhill). My uncle, my godfather. You worked hard and expected nothing less of me. You taught me a bunch of simple life lessons that I will never forget. I will miss your smile and your well worn handellies. RIP uncle Vic.
