I worked with Cathy at the Ministry of Health back in the 80s. She and I kept in touch for a number of years. Cathy was, without a doubt, one of the most joyful, kind and gracious women I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I will always remember her fondly. She will be missed by many, I am sure. Rest in peace lovely Cathy. I am so glad our paths crossed.
