My family and I are so sad at Frank’s passing. He was my office neighbour and he helped to make my time at UTSC more enjoyable and fun. My sons, frequent visitors to the Bladen Wing, always looked forward to Frank’s stories and biting wit. They asked, like we are all asking, why he had to die so young. We will remember him with fondness. Thanks for bringing laughter and light to the world Frank. Rest in eternal peace.

Dear Kristine,
I was deeply saddened to hear of Frank’s passing. I was in the office beside him during a secondment to the 5th floor. He joked with me often about breaking down the wall between us to extend his office. His sense of humour was so welcoming. I pray that your family will take strength from your wonderful memories. He truly was a kind and gentle soul. Rest in peace.
I am deeply saddened to hear of Frank’s passing. I had the great fortune to be mentored by him during my short stint at UTSC while with the Student Union and the Facilities Department. He was a real gentleman with a kind and gentle soul. His demeanour was calm and sense of humour so welcoming. I pray that your family will take strength from the wonderful memories of him. Rest in peace Frank …your rewards well earned.
