Tony was a favorite friend of mine. His big smile and cheerful way made him fun to be around.RIP Tony.
Senior Antonio was a man every one respected and loved. He did his thing! Not to be different…but, just because he was. Senior Antonio could be seen jogging at 6 or 7 in the morning with his Labatt’s 50 baseball cap on at the age of 70…just because he loved it! He did his thing, with zest, life and humour!!! Not to mention the man had a heart of gold! It was like he deliberately wanted to hear you laugh or make you smile! But, it just happened naturally because he had a way of making you feel special! I had the pleasure and honour of being his son-in-law…and I always thoroughly loved the times we had together!!! Senior Antonio will continue to live in my heart, and his memory and inspiration will motivate me to be the type of grandfather he was to my son and daughter, that I will continue to be to his great grandchildren…which are my grandchildren! R.I.P. Senior Antonio
What a beautiful tribute to a man who meant so much to so many! Rest in peace my dear uncle. 🙏❤😭

Dearest Tio Antonio, you will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Your wit and infectious laugh will be fondest memory of you and how you were always so happy to see your nieces & nephews at family weddings and gatherings and how you were always so proud to let people know that you were our uncle. Your place in this world has ended but your everlasting life has begun and you are all teamed up with siblings and I only can imagine how you are all laughing as you always did together with exchange of past stories. Love you for ever……..Linda

Sending condolences to the Alves family during this difficult time.
Our deepest condolences go out to the Alves family. It is with a heavy heart a wonderful neighbor and friend will be truly missed.
He was always so happy and pleasant and always said hi, how are you, to everyone he saw passing by admiring his beautiful garden, which he took so much pride in taking care of it.
You could always see him sitting on his front porch, coffee in hand alongside his wife everyday before retiring for the evening.
He will be deeply missed, but always in our thoughts.
With love Connie Branco Rego and Family

I am so sorry for your family’s huge loss at this terrible time. In the past few days I have read different posts and seen how Tony was such a vibrant and fun part of your family. I always enjoyed really seeing him at Karen and John’s many get togethers and celebrations. My heart goes out to Olivia, Goretti and John and Karen and all his dear Grandchildchildren, Great Grandchildren and so many extended family members. May your dear spirit rest in peace Tony!
Thinking of the Alves and Boucher families. I know sentiment is expressed with the best of intentions, but the pain and sorrow are too unbearable right now for them to make much sense. In time, the unconditional love you all share – that transmits beyond the physical world – will slowly start to allow a kind of healing to begin. Please know that many prayers are with you.
Descanse em Paz, Senhor Alves.
To the Alves family,
God will comfort you and he will give you the strength to endure. I will always remember Mr. Alves’s great smile and the happiness he gave to all his family and friends. May you rest in peace.
Love,
Margaret Rotundo and family
The best tribute anyone can pay to a dearly departed loved one such as Uncle Antonio is to applaud his sense of adventure – he traveled the world; to recall his mischievous laugh – he always laughed with you, never at you; and to acknowledge that he was very much loved by his entire family – that, above all things, is proof that he was indeed a very good man. Rest now, Uncle.
