To Tita Mida, Laurie, Joanne and family,
Our deepest condolences on the passing of Uncle Lito. I have the fondest childhood memories of our families going on fishing trips together in the summer. He knew all the best fishing spots and taught us how to fish. Our moms would BBQ the freshly caught fish so we could eat it for lunch; I still remember how delicious it tasted. I remember the bountiful vegetable garden that took up half your backyard and his love of cars that were parked on your driveway.
He often told me how very proud he was of his 2 girls and their accomplishments. He was always kind and happy.
On behalf of the de Ocampo and Plummer families, our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this difficult time.
May he rest in peace.
Love,
Girlie

Thank you for sharing your remembrance of our dad and his contributions to the Victoria Tarlac Association. He enjoyed being part of the organization that gave him a strong connection to home.
I will never forget this wonderful, caring and wise man. I remember all the times he took me into his home every Christmas so that I would not be alone and be able to celebrate with family. I will never forget his fatherly advice. One of my favourites still is “ you have five fingers, just be sure not to reveal your whole hand“. I still chuckle at the times he would joke around with me, often at my expense, but always with love. I thank you for everything. God bless you in heaven Mr. Gallevo! You will be missed, but never forgotten.🙏❤️
‘Lis, thanks for sharing your message. It really touched me and Joanne, especially now with Christmas. Dad knew you were a good sport when the two of you exchanged light-hearted banter with each other. We can’t believe you remember any part of his advice! 😂 😂 Joanne and I had a good laugh and cry. Dad would say, “When you have 4 aces in your hand, there’s no need to show all of them at the same time!” Wise words when playing cards, which Dad loved to play and a general approach to carrying oneself. ‘Lis, you always had an open invitation to hang out at our house! Dad always said, “Mi casa es tu casa!” Let’s catch up soon. Take care. xoxo
Laurie, my deepest condolences to you and your family on the passing of your dad. May you take comfort in all the great memories you have shared with him! Be well and safe and we will talk soon.
