elevated qUCpo 1938 – 2021
elevated qUCpo It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Vincent Domenichini on Monday August 23, 2021 at the age of 83, at his Aurora home, after a hard fought battle with cancer. Vincent was born in Balsorano, Italy on April 28, 1938, to his parents Francesco and Giovanna Domenichini. He is survived by his loving wife Stella of 55 years and his daughters Tina (John) and Ann-Marie. He will be missed by his brother Joseph (Laura), his sister Silvana (David), and his brother-in-law Larry (Wendy). He was loved by his niece and many nephews. Vincent lived his early years in Italy and immigrated to Canada at the age of 12. An early aptitude of all things hands-on and building, led him to a long career as a custom metal fabricator. A genuine problem solver with an ability to create anything and fix all things mechanical, he was determined to work into his final days. He loved all Italian cuisine (as well as a good hamburger) and growing food in his garden. He will be remembered for his selfless and generous devotion to his family. If desired, donations can be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
elevated qUCpo Visitation will be held on Thursday August 26, 2021 between 2-4pm and 6-8 pm at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home located at 211 Langstaff Road East, Thornhill, ON, L3T 3Z6.
