So sorry for your loss Debbie, thinking of you in this time.
Sending my deepest condolences to you Debbie and your family. May you find comfort in his memories, and peace in the knowledge your Father is at rest.
Love,

Sorry to hear this and my condolences to family and friends. George and I served on the first National Officer Candidate Board which took us from Newfoundland to B.C. and the Yukon. A stalwart and professional officer. Dave McCormick, C/Supt. Rtd.
So sorry Debbie the loss of your father. May you find peace in the lifetime of memories of your dad.
Sincere condolences to the family. You do not know us but I was stationed in Truro, NS, as a third class constable, in 1958 and on. I met my future wife Ricky there (the daughter of John and Alie VanDyken, the restaurant owners) but had to stay single for five years and live in barracks, as well as have $1200). Now next door in Stewiacke there was a Cpl. George Scott in charge. I have never forgotten how impressed I was. His uniform attire was always impeccable, his looks and stature impressive, his smile infectious and when we had a requirement to meet, he treated a junior like me with respect. I made him a role model. I thought you should know.
Supt. (Ret) Ralph L. & Ricky de Groot, Peterborough, ON
Thank you so much for reaching out to the family during this very sad time. I was born in Truro, so it is nice to hear from someone who knew my father back then. We appreciate your kind words, and sharing your memories of my father with us.
Sincerely,
Debbie Scott
My condolences to the Scott family. I had the good fortune to have worked with George in O Division back in the early seventies. He was always consistent and easy to work for/with. May he rest in peace.
Dear Debra,
Just heard the very sad news of Uncle George’s passing. So sorry for your loss. He was one of our favourite people.
Please feel free to contact me.
Dear Debbie,
I just learned from my sister of the sad news of Uncle Georges passing.
I loved listening to his tales of growing up in Belleville, stories of his years in the RCMP, an especially, stories about my father. I loved to sound of his voice. He will be missed. You have my deep sympathy for your loss. He will be missed.
