elevated h9RKd Peacefully in her 89th year, surrounded by her family, Franca quietly left us. Mourning her departure to Heaven include her faithful husband of 61 years Giosue; her children Maria, Carla (Diego), Marco (Catia) and Rita (Paul); her 7 adored grandchildren, Nicolo, Alessia, Isabella, Joshua, Matthew, Jacqueline, and Beatrice; and her 3 beautiful great grandchildren, Olivia, Sasha and Max. She will be sadly missed by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends from around the world. Our mother was a beautiful, warm, and kind-hearted person, always leading the path with grace, finesse and gentleness. Her love was expressed by her phenomenal cuisine. Her faith was reflected in her angelic voice and choir conducting for many years in Montreal. Her favorite saying was to “love one another”, indeed it was her simplicity that was her greatest strength and it moved everyone.

A private funeral will take place on Thursday, January 20 at 11:00 am in the chapel at the Assumption Catholic Cemetery. You are invited to attend the service virtually, live via the website:

elevated h9RKd Serenamente nel suo 89° anno, circondata dalla sua famiglia, Franca ci ha lasciato tranquillamente. In lutto per la sua partenza per il paradiso c’è il suo fedele marito di 61 anni Giosue; i figli Maria, Carla (Diego), Marco (Catia) e Rita (Paul); i suoi 7 adorati nipoti, Nicolò, Alessia, Isabella, Joshua, Matthew, Jacqueline e Beatrice; e i suoi 3 bellissimi pronipoti, Olivia, Sasha e Max. Mancherà tristemente a numerose nipoti, nipoti, parenti e amici allargati di tutto il mondo. Nostra madre era una persona bella, calorosa e di buon cuore, che guidava sempre il sentiero con grazia, finezza e gentilezza. Il suo amore era espresso dalla sua cucina fenomenale. La sua fede si rifletteva nella sua voce angelica e nella direzione del coro per molti anni a Montreal. Il suo detto preferito era “amarsi l’un e l”altro”, infatti era la sua semplicità la sua più grande forza, e commuoveva tutti.
