We were so fortunate to have had Tony (and Andree) as neighbours on our crescent in Paris for 10 years. We absolutely adored Tony, he was such a kind, friendly man. He was hard working, always had a project on the go and loved working in his gardens. He was constantly bringing us flowers and plants, chocolates or his famous lemon cake (shaped like a lamb) that he baked for us every Easter.
We have many fond memories of sitting in the back yard enjoying a drink with him – he loved to sit and visit and just enjoy the flowers and birds.
He will be greatly missed.
Sending deepest sympathies to Andree and all of his family.
Debby and Brian Linn.
Tony was very fond of you both .\
You were like relatives to him .
You did so much , with no problem attitude.
I will always remember .
All the best
Andrée, je veux t’offrir mes sincères condoléances ainsi qu’à toute ta famille.
Merci Dominique, tu es bien gentille
Tout le bien ,
Liebe Aunt Andree, liebe grosse Kids,
Seid umarmt Theresa, Nathan, Hans
Thank you for your kind words Hans,
I remember when he would chase you around Mimi’s yard with the dog in pursuit .
He was fond of his nephews and I knew he would make a good father .
All the very best to you and your family .
R.I.P. my dear brother
We have such happy memories of Tony especially at recent celebration gatherings of their anniversary and Tony’s 90th birthday Tony was very helpful in getting information we needed be it medical or recreational. His love to share his hobbies; like stamp collection gave us a glimpse of his wide range of knowledge in many areas. Tony was a warm and welcoming husband of our dear Andree.
May God welcome his faithful servant home. With deepest sympathy for the family he dearly loved.
Tony Farewell-Jan 2022.
Anthony Faist has been our good Ftiend
for almost 7 decades and both our families have grown up in
close touch over the years. The fact that Tony and I are related
is not known to many of our family. Tony was the kind of friend,
who worked in Northern Ontario but would never miss coming to
visit his friends family at Christmas & other occasions such as Wedding
& Christenings And we would reciprocate and travel to Ottawa and Pittsburg
to visit Tony & his growing family. Always a gracious host and prepared to help.
Babysitting, working as ambulance and any work around the dwelling he was visiting.
Our deepest Sympathy,
Irene Bob & Family
Sending you my heartfelt condolences Tante Andrée, Maria, Michale, Tina and Peter xo
