HUNT, Gerald Foster – Died peacefully with his family by his side on Saturday, December 10th, 2022, at Ballycliffe Long Term Care home in his 73rd year, after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s. He is survived by his loving wife, Maeva Hunt, son, David Hunt (Jessika Hunt), daughter Kathleen Hunt (Kevin Reeves), sister, Lori Trudeau (Wilf Trudeau), niece, Dawna Judd (Michael Judd), nephews, Scott and Andre Trudeau and grandchildren, Jaime Hunt-Stringer and Charlotte and Alex Hunt.
elevated oj4IX The family will receive friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Road East. (west of Bayview Ave.), on Thursday, December 15 between 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will take place at the funeral home within the Chapel of St. Joseph on Friday, December 16 at 1:30 pm. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.

Dear Maeva, Kat and Family and David and Family,
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Gerald. My heart goes out to you all and I am left saddened. He was such a good friend to me for many , many years, especially up at the trailer. He was a kind man, always trying to do his best to help others. Always had a good ear to talk to and give advice. And a good sense of humour…… And no favour or request was ever too much for him to honour The memories I have of him and you Maeva, especially with Lenny, are always going to be a very special part of my life that I will never forget I will always miss and reminisce about those days………….I am grateful that I met such a person
