       Labiche & Cassian

       As we all bid farewell to Uncle Martin today from this earthly life to the heavenly abode, I recollect fond memories of him, as my next door neighbour. He used to be so excited when one of you were coming down to India with your family…he would make sure you’ll ate the best fish… He would be visiting the market nearly everyday on his bicycle getting stuff for you’ll. He missed all that when he once left for Canada & the U. S. . May his soul rest in peace.

   Labiche and Cassian,

   As we bid farewell to Uncle Martin from this earthly life to the heavenly abode. Fond memories of Uncle Martin come to mind… Everytime one of you would come down to India, Uncle would make sure that you would get the best of fish – bombil, crabs, surmai…from Orlem market. Everyday he would be seen going to the market on his bicycle. I know he missed Orlem alot after he left for Canada & the U.S. His heart was here… His hometown – Orlem

    I have fond memories of uncle Martin during my younger days and as my Godfather.. remember the times when he would ride his cycle around Orlem and even visit our grandparents home in Orlem.
