elevated GH6B5 Mou-King Hsu, beloved Mother, devoted wife and a devout Catholic, departed us peacefully on June 14, 2023 at the age of 103, at Mon Sheong Long Term Care in Toronto, Ontario. 

elevated GH6B5  Beloved wife of late Yung-Nien Hsu. Loving Mother of Elizabeth Siu-Kwan Yang (Yu-Wai Yang), Helena Pooi-Kwan Wong (Raymond Ming-Ho Wong), Stella Hai-Kwan Lau (Lee-Tung Lau), Teresa Yau-Kwan Wong (Stephen Shun-Mun Wong), and John Tin-Chee Hsu (Heather Hatch). Cherished Grandma to Ellen Yang (Geoffrey Ho), Teresa Yang (Jacob Poon), Phelia Wong (Ben Pilgrim),  Clavin Wong (Chencheng Shen), Vivian Lau (Bobby Tan), Vicky Lau (William Lau), Winda Lau (Dennis Lim), and Brian Wong. Adoring Great Grandma to Marquis Ho, Claudia Ho, Jaiken Poon, Jazelle Poon, Kyler Wong, Keather Wong, Justin Tan, Alyssa Lau, Julia Lau, Serena Lau, and Marlon Lim.

elevated GH6B5  She will be fondly and lovingly remembered as a caring and selfless Mother who dedicated her life to her family and children. Her generosity, persevering nature and unwavering approach to life provided a steady anchor to the family throughout her life, and served as a grounding compass to all her children, grandchildren and great grandghildren.

elevated GH6B5  The Family would like to thank the staff at Mon Sheong Long Term Care for their tremendous support and care over the years and, in particular, over the last weeks of our Mother’s life.

elevated GH6B5  A funeral mass service will be held at the chapel at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Avenue, Toronto, at 10:30 a.m. on June 24^th , immediately followed by entombment ceremony at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery next door. Visitation prior to the funeral mass service from 9 to 10:15 a.m..
