   Hi,

   It’s Daryl Rideout, long time high school friend. I’m so sorry to hear the news, I just found out yesterday. I visited Dominic earlier this summer to spend some time talking about our younger years. Funny as ever, and hadn’t change a bit. I’m so saddened to hear I was able to visit him more. And sad to hear I missed his wake. I wish you all the best, Dominic and I had some really fun times, and very many Christmas eves, he would often come visit our entire family up until about 10 years ago. My entire family including my kids, aunts and uncles, cousins and friends use to laugh with him every Christmas. He is at peace now, I’m sure he remembers our trip to Europe and trip to California back in the days. to this day our family still enjoys a Reverso wood stove that we bought from his parents. I hope I left him fond memories and good times.

   Domenic brought great joy to everyone he knew. He was a comedic genius, and a compassionate guy. His laugh was something else – he could turn a sad moment into a happy one with a single giggle. I’m so thankful that we were able to connect recently, and that he was able to express how much appreciation he had for those who loved him. He will be missed enormously.
