Peter will always be remembered as a kind man with a heart as big as his smile, may he rest in peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. The Maragna Family xo
Heartfelt sympathies to Lina and to Peter’s beloved family. Sad to hear of my cousin’s passing. My memories of him begin in 1945 – I was 3 years old and he made me laugh. He could always make me laugh. Life is short, but Peter managed to stretch it out for 90 years – with joy in his heart and a generous and kind spirit for others. He lived a full, rich life and was loved by many. Who could ask for more?
Thank you Chuck. My dad loved you and was so proud watching you on tv. He called all of us, telling us to watch “his cousin” on tv. My children, the grandchildren, all know of Chuck, the cousin. Thank you for your beautiful message.
Beatrice

Our condolences to Lina & family for our loss.
Peter was my very dear cousin forever, I remember Peter and his brother Tommy pedalling their bikes from the city to our farm in Port Credit, to visit Auntie Grace and Uncle Mike and all of us. Those were good times. We have been close for years, went to each others’ weddings, baptized our children and loved to go dancing and gathering after at our place. We laughed and cried together and so enjoyed each others’ company. Right up to the time of Covid we got together for our evenings and afternoons to play cards. He had a great sense of humour and loved to tease me. For over 50 years we would phone each other on our birthdays and sing Happy Birthday and of course Peter would play his harmonica.
Alex and I will miss him terribly. Rest in Peace dear Cousin, until we meet again.
Love you
Teasie & Alex
