We will miss Auntie Anne the matriarch of the family. Auntie Anne always greeted you with a hug and a smile.
Mum and auntie Anne spoke every day although not all words were heard or understood.
The bond between sisters is an unbreakable one until one is taken to sit with those who have passed before.
Our condolences to her children, our cousins we share your grief.
We should be so lucky to live a long and happy life as Auntie Anne did so well.
RIP
Condolences to the family. RIP Aunty Anne.

What a joy it was to see Anne at family gatherings.
Her beautiful smile and kind nature were gifts that she shared generously.
Her memory will remain in our hearts.
Our deepest condolences to Anne’s children and grandchildren and to her siblings.

Dear Aubrey, Colleen, Paula Natalie & Family,
Sincerest condolences on the passing of Anne.
This is, by far, the hardest thing we will ever have to do in our lives; saying Goodbye to one of our loved ones. It doesn’t matter how old or how ill they were. Now there are just the Precious Memories they have left behind, and I am sure Anne has left many, many happy ones in her beautiful, long life here on earth with you. So hold those close to your heart each and every day. Say a prayer for her and find some time to laugh and cry, every time you think of her.
May she now rest in the loving, open arms of Jesus, Mary and Joseph. I know they gave her a great, big WELCOME HOME.
With loving Sympathy,
Barbara
To the Gonsalves family and their families. We were glad to be present virtually at Anne’s funeral Mass. She will be remembered for her gentle and caring interest in our family. Be consoled, knowing that she was prepared and ready to be with her creator. RIP Anne.
The Memorial Mass for Anne was touching. I cried. I remember her as a vibrant, energetic person. So kind, so happy. God blessed her with a good, long life. It was wonderful that she was able to call her brother, George in Florida, on 22nd October to wish him happy birthday. He and Joan were so happy to talk with her, what great memories! God is good. I called Aubrey and Colleen, and Valerie to extend my sympathy. I send condolences to Rosemary, Nellie and Ken, and to George who I last met in Vancouver, Neil and Pam, and all the family. My sister Dolly was so saddened, she used to visit Anne years ago. I cry with you all. I feel it’s the end of an era.
Love and Prayers.
Patsy
Back in 2017, Anne asked me to find the words to a prayer as she could only recall four lines.
Turns out the lines she remembered are the last 4 lines of the prayer.
I thought this was a fitting place to post and share it.
This prayer is said for a happy death.
“My own sweet Immaclate Mother.
When deaths weary shadow draw nigh
Will id thow come from thy throne in the
heavens.
And teach me thyself how to die
0 come by St. Joseph attended.
Let me hear the sweet tone of thy voice
saying now that my exile is ended.
The time is at hand to rejoice.
Bring me home to the heart of my master
To the land overflowing, with bliss.
Where my joys shall be deep and undying
To repay all my sorrow in this”.
