elevated 4nU8i It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mrs. Connie Wai Fong Leung, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, who passed away peacefully at the age of 72 on January 1, 2025, after a brief illness. Born in China, Connie was known for her kindness, resilience, and unwavering devotion to her family.
elevated 4nU8i Connie moved to Canada in 1988, where she created a loving home with her husband, Kwok Pui Yung. Together, they raised two children, Peter and Jenny, who were the greatest pride and joy of her life. As a mother, she was nurturing and selfless, always putting her family’s needs before her own. Her love and guidance shaped the lives of her children, and they continue to carry forward the lessons she imparted.
elevated 4nU8i In recent years, Connie greatly enjoyed the time spent with her granddaughter, Charlotte. Every week, Charlotte would visit her grandmother’s home for dinner, and these regular visits were a beloved part of Connie’s life.
elevated 4nU8i Connie also had a deep love for traveling, and over the years, she visited many places, often sharing her adventures with family and friends. Her trips not only fueled her curiosity about the world but also brought her closer to the people she loved, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
elevated 4nU8i Though her time with us was cut short by a sudden stroke, Connie leaves behind a legacy of love, warmth, and generosity. She will be deeply missed, but her memory will forever remain in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.
elevated 4nU8i Mrs. Connie Wai Fong Leung is survived by her husband, Kwok Pui Yung; son, Peter and wife Cathy; daughter, Jenny; and granddaughter, Charlotte. She is also mourned by extended family and friends in Canada and overseas. Though her passing leaves a void, her spirit and the memories she created with those she loved will continue to guide and inspire us.
elevated 4nU8i Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and celebrate her remarkable life. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Agnes Kouying Tsao Parish in Markham in her memory.
