elevated Y0K9d It is with great sadness and broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Filippo Bravoco. Filippo was born in Monteleone di Puglia, Italy on June 01, 1932. Married to Alba, the love of his life, for almost fifty-nine years; loving father to Joseph and his wife Nada, Isadora (Dori) Oppedisano and her husband Joe.
elevated Y0K9d Adoring grandfather to Sebastian (Olivia), Kayla and Chloe Bravoco, Alessia and Julian Oppedisano. Affectionate brother to Margherita and her husband Rinaldo, dear brother-in-law of Mike and Sue Bonito, Lena Vassallo (deceased), Lori Bonito and her husband Terry.
elevated Y0K9d Filippo was predeceased by his loving parents, Giuseppe and Giuseppina Bravoco, his parents-in-law, Isidoro and Lavinia Bonito, dear aunt and uncle Maria and Carmen Cottone. Filippo had many loving nephews and nieces: Maria Novelli-Volpe, Frank Novelli, Pina Novelli, Greg Bonito, Courtney Bonito-Macdonald, Chris Vassallo, Nicole Van Koughnett, Brianna Harford, Christian Harford and cousin Vince Cottone.
elevated Y0K9d Filippo will be remembered for his love of life and of people; he was very charming and jovial, had many friends and made an impression on all who met him.
elevated Y0K9d Filippo, you will remain forever in the hearts of the people who mourn and miss you. Rest in Peace until we meet again.

Dear Alba, so sorry to hear about the passing of Filippo.
He was always considered “Uncle” Filippo to the Mandryk family. He was godfather and I still have the watch he gave me at my confirmation all those decades ago. It is one of my most prized possessions. Even more so now.
He was always great fun at family gatherings and at all my siblings weddings. Sorry he is gone, but glad that he is at peace.
