IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Prices effective January 13, 2025. H.S.T. is applicable except where identified with an (*).
- Prices for Interment Rights are for the Interment Rights and Care and Maintenance contribution only, service/memorial fees are not included.
- Burial fees are for the burial only, outer containers are not included.
- Manufacturers of vaults must service their own vaults and provide their own lowering devices.
- Prices for monuments and markers do not include setting, foundation or contribution to the Care and Maintenance Fund.
- No Interments after 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays. No Interments on Sundays and Statutory Holidays. No interments shall be permitted and no other services or supplies will be provided until Interment Rights have been paid in full and all payments due to the Cemetery have been made.
- We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, debit, cash, or cheque with two pieces of Identification. For Cemetery Interment Rights, Services and Supplies that are being pre-planned, payment in full or monthly interest-free payment financing plans are available. Additional information about funding, payment and financing options is available upon request.
- Only one interment may be made in each grave/space unless permitted by the Cemetery, and in this instance, the first interment must be made at extra depth.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE FUND
The Cemetery shall deposit into the Care and Maintenance Fund the following amounts as prescribed in the Funeral, Burial and Cremation
Services Act and the regulations thereunder: for a grave larger than 2.23 square metres, the greater of 40 percent of the purchase price or $290.00; for a grave smaller than 2.23 square metres, the greater of 40 percent of the purchase price or $175.00; for a crypt, the greater of 20 percent of the purchase price or $830.00; for a niche, the greater of 15 percent of the purchase price or $165.00; for a flat marker over 1,116 square centimetres, $100.00; for a monument up to 1.22 metres in height/width, $200.00; for a monument over 1.22 metres in height/width, $400.00.
