elevated qEdVt Peacefully, on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at Southlake Residential Care Village, at the age of 102. Predeceased by Francis, her loving husband of 60 years. Also predeceased by her parents Francis Arthur Pereira and Estephania Sophia Pereira and her brother Bob Pereira. Loving mother to Joanne Rizzi and her husband Vince. Cherished grandmother to Andrew (Daniela), Katherine (Luke) and Matthew. Private Funeral Mass will be held on September 28, 2023. Interment at Assumption Catholic Cemetery, Mississauga, Ontario. Memorial donations may be made to Southlake Residential Care Village at https://www.southlakecarevillage.com/.

I am so sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. My heart goes out to you, Vince, Andrew, Katherine, and Michael. I have very fond memories of your mom, my only aunt, and despite a very long life, I am sure you will miss her terribly. She was always kind and generous to me, and her home was always welcoming. She and your dad looked after grandma and grandpa so well and I always admired that. Sending you all my best. Take care,
