elevated qTSLv It is with deeply saddened hearts that we share the news that Angelo Rosario passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on March 13, 2023. Born August 29, 1965 in Karachi, Pakistan to the late Rose and Januario Rosario. He is survived and dearly missed by his wife of 34 years Jennifer, his two precious daughters; Janine and Jancelle and adored grandsons; Jaxon and Josiah and sisters; Lydia, Jacinta and Elizabeth. Angelo met his soulmate in Jennifer at the tender age of 16.
elevated qTSLv They’ve been inseparable since, displaying their love for one another through the jive and rock & roll, travelling the world, entertaining family and friends and raising their children. He often cited that being a father to two girls was his greatest achievement and loved being a girl dad, ensuring to always protect them, guide them and set them up for success. He came to Canada and created a beautiful life for his family from the ground up. He found his passion for people and management, working at Peel Plastics and established a successful 25-year career as an operations manager. Angelo loved his role and took well earned pride in his job, building familial relationships at his workplace and mentoring a great number of colleagues.
elevated qTSLv Angelo enjoyed organizing many events for community and charitable organizations, including Christ the King Reunion, Canorient events, a Nite in Goa and too many others to name. In his spare time, he loved quiet moments sitting on his deck with family, working on his prized lush lawn, watching the Toronto Raptors, listening to music and deciding which destination would meet his wanderlust. One of Angelo’s greatest joys was becoming a “Dede” (grandfather) and spending time playing, dancing and spoiling his two boys. Always the life of the party, he brought great joy wherever he went with his dancing skills and comedic personality.
elevated qTSLv He was a lively, enthusiastic man who found great happiness in bringing a smile to everyone’s face and prided himself on being a “Moment Liver” – living every moment and enjoying life to the fullest. Angelo will be dearly missed by his family and leaves behind an abundance of stories and memories that his family and friends will forever cherish. His passing will be deeply felt by many and his life will be joyously remembered and long celebrated by all who were fortunate enough to have shared in it. In lieu of flowers and in keeping with his wishes, the family would appreciate monetary donations which will be forwarded to Christ the King Convent in Karachi, Pakistan, which held a special place in Angelo’s heart.

I have fond memory of Angelo way back in Karachi when there was that terrible rain and I. I. chandigarh Road was flooded and
i was trying to get home walking in dirty water could not drive the car home due to the flood . When I reached the end of the road I heard someone shout my name I see Angelo and he shouted out where is Jenny and I said I think she took the bus with the rest of the staffs of ANZ Grindlays Bank. God give strength and courage in this difficult time to Jenny and her daughters and the rest of the family on their loss. Rest in eternal peace Angelo .
I was very shocked to hear about the passing of Angelo.
Angelo was a really lovely person who always had a smile on his face and a warm welcoming way about him. He was kind, generous and always had a jovial personality.

Your passing on has shocked me as it has for many others, especially Jennifer and family.
I cannot forget the fun times we had growing up in Karachi during the mid 70’s late 80’s along with our close circle of friends.
Cramming up into the Mazda 1500 while driving to Clifton, Hill Park and also the dances at Hotel Mehran, PC and Hotel Plaza International.
Getting caught by the Tullas for triple sawari or whatever excuse they could find to stop us and greasing their palms with as little as Rs 5/ -to let us go. Those were indeed fun days Angelo where we had not a care in the world.
Glad you were part of my growing up days.
You have lived your short life to it’s fullest making the best of it not only for yourself but also for those you came in contact along the way. – A lesson we can all learn from.

I had known Angelo from 1976 when he was my Grade 5 classmate at St Paul’s school in Karachi. I remained in touch with Angelo ever since our school days. During my visits to Toronto, Angelo played host to many reunions with our Toronto based St Paul’s classmates. Both Angelo and his lovely wife Jennifer always treated me as their VIP guest. I was lucky to have met and worked Angelo for many years as a supplier to his department. My thoughts and prayers for Angelo’s family and the Peel family. Angelo was a pleasure to work with. A blend of professionalism that always had Peel’s interest in focus, and lighted hearted attitude even during the worse of situations. Angelo always left a great impression wherever he went. He was a pivotal part of the Peel Plastics family, and he will be deeply missed. The imprint he left on all of our lives will never fade. It still feels so surreal that he’s gone, my mind still expects to see him, with his grand smile, walking around the plant. The deepest condolences to his family.

I worked along side Angelo for 25 years. He had an enormous heart always thinking about everyone else.
My cubical was right outside his office and every Friday he would play “Rappers Delight” and start singing. These memories will live on in our hearts.

Emotionally its heart breaking to see a person you saw everyday at work with smile and in times with worried face thinking about people at work and offering helping hand passing away in just blink of an eye. I could not express my feelings to family member properly as i was shaken and had no words to express the pain i felt. Angelo had supported me and pushed me and encouraged me and believed in me and made me a man i am from a childish boy. I remember that conversation with him at the time when i acted childish and he told me i am same as your father’s age so at this moment think that i am a father figure to you and i am guiding you in right path. That moment and those words and the passion on him to guide a person changed me. He was not bound to do soo but he always went pass and beyond when it came to make any positive change in a person life. I still recall the last phone call i had with him couple of weeks before where he told me that you became a father and your responsibility grew more, act wise and be responsible. I will miss you Angelo. We lost a great mentor and a kind hearted leader. My heartfelt condolences goes to immediate family members, May his soul rest in peace.

According to Angelo, he had 2 families: The Rosario family and the Peel Plastics Family.
I know the Rosario family will miss him beyond words, and we extend our heartfelt condolences to his wife Jennifer, his daughters Janine and Jancelle, his grandsons Jaxon, Josiah and Levi and his sisters Lydia, Jacinda and Elizabeth, and the rest of the Rosario family.
His love and pride of family and friends was on clear display when Kathleen and I were at Jennifer and Angelo’s 25th anniversary some 9 years ago.
I remember the band that played that night had also played at their wedding in Pakistan. The man knew how to party.
The Peel Plastics family will also miss Angelo very much. We are all deeply saddened by his passing.
Angelo became a member of our Peel Plastics family 25 years ago, and for the last 15 years managed the multi web converting department. He played an important role in the success of the company as the department grew by leaps and bounds.
Angelo was able to communicate effectively not just to the team members who reported to him, but also to other colleagues, and to customers, and material and equipment suppliers. (The Scotts Company, Royal Canin, Hills Pet Foods, Totani, Elplast and Presto – Angelo had friends at all these companies.)
He was a pillar of strength, a thoughtful leader and a foundation block of Peel Plastics. His guidance, mentorship, companionship and enthusiastic presence will be greatly missed.
Angelo had a big heart.
There is no word in the English language that adequately translates the Yiddish “mensch”. If you look it up you will find that it describes a person of integrity, morality, someone who has a sense of what is right and responsible, someone who is supportive, and is calm in troubled times, someone who makes the world a better place.
Angelo was indeed a “mensch.”
