Obituary
elevated BsOlW Anna Di Clemente (nee Di Nardo), at 88 years, passed away peacefully at home on February 23, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. She is reunited in heaven with her dear husband Mario Vittorio. Anna was born in Roccamorice, Abruzzo, Italy to Salvatore and Ermelinda Di Nardo on April 10, 1934. A talented seamstress, Anna created beautiful pieces of clothing for family and friends. Anna spent her life in service to her family nurturing her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren with love and delicious food.
elevated BsOlW She was a cherished mother to Maria Iamundo (Antonio), Bruno (Debra), Lina D’Angela (Luigi), and Antonio (Linda); beloved Nonna to Laura (Peter), Tino, Mario (Andrea), Daniel (Karen), Sarah (Mark), Christina, Joe (Amanda), Nicole, Robert, Vanessa, and Olivia; and a proud Bisnonna to Michael, James, Emma, Mila, Ellie, Leonie, Ryan, Kaia, Owen, Rory, Julia, Gabriella, and Gianluigi.
elevated BsOlW She was a loving sister and sister-in-law; predeceased by her siblings Agostino (d. Anna), Giuseppe (d. Henriette), and Rosaria (Antonio), and will be lovingly remembered by her brother Umberto (Vera) and sister Graziella (d. Antonio). Zia Anna will be dearly missed by all of her nieces and nephews.
elevated BsOlW The family would like to thank Dr. Yee and the wonderful Nurses of Credit Valley Hospital’s Palliative Care Unit who showed kindness and care in Anna’s final days.
