It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Arthur Tung-Ye Lee.  He passed peacefully on Sunday, February 16th, 2025, at Hospice Wellington in Guelph, Ontario at the age of 91 with his daughter and son-in-law at his side.

elevated 78kyb Born on November 6th, 1933, in Shanghai, China, he immigrated to Canada in 1966 and settled in Toronto with his wife.  He is predeceased by his loving wife, Agnes of 60 years.  Beloved father of Christine (Hugh).  Proud Gong Gong to Jacqueline (Alex), Sabrina (Daniel), Matthew (Mary) and Joshua (Sarah) and great grandfather to Alice.  Caring brother to his three siblings Lily, predeceased by Edwina and Anthony.  Beloved uncle to his many nieces and nephews.

elevated 78kyb He will be lovingly remembered for his love of his family!  His granddaughters will fondly remember the toonies he would stuff in the couch for them to find that just so happened to “fall from his pockets”.

elevated 78kyb We would like to thank the nurses, PSW’s and extended staff at the Village of Arbour Trails in Guelph where mom and dad moved to almost two years ago.  Their kindness and care was unwavering especially after mom’s passing, they looked out for dad and made sure he was well taken care of.  We would also like to thank entire team at Hospice Wellington for their compassion and care in dad’s final days.
