elevated 3dD1y Passed away peacefully at the age of 91 in Toronto. He is survived by his children Vivien (Victor), and Bernard Jr.

Dear Vivian and Bernard Jr,

Bernard was a good God loving person and brother /and brother in law。
He will always be remembered.

Dear Vivien and Bernard Jr.,
My condolences to you both. Your Dad was a good man and I am sorry for your loss. Amongst many memories, I remember walking with your Dad to a park in Hong Kong in 1968, and sharing meals with you all.
