elevated oAoc0 It is with deep sorrow that we mourn the passing of our father Blagoje (Bob) Stojcevski on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at the age of 86.
elevated oAoc0 Blagoje was the beloved husband to Mirjana (2021) and father of Zoran and Sandra, daughter-in-law Andrea, son-in-law Robert, and proud grandfather of Amanda, Laura, Matthew, and Michael. Blagoje immigrated to Canada from the former Yugoslavia in 1967 and worked at Goodyear, Via Rail, and CBC as a HVAC millwright/pipefitter until the age of 70 when he retired. Blagoje was a highly skilled and valued employee. He helped many family and friends with all their plumbing needs, sharing his skills readily and happily. But most importantly, he was a dedicated family man. He was extremely proud of his children, and especially his grandchildren. Blagoje will be greatly missed by his family and his many friends.

I wasn’t the best behaved kid growing up. Chico Blagoje always pointed out the good in me and had my back. He believed in me when many did not, I will always remember that. Thank you, I will miss you Chico Blagoje.
Checho Blagoja was a kind-hearted father with a generous spirit. The memories of those fun summer camping trips at Balsam Lake hold a special place in my heart. I am imagining you sitting with my baba, smiling and drinking Turkish coffee. May you rest in eternal peace, you will be forever remembered.
