elevated F0W6l Obituary
elevated F0W6l The family is heartbroken to announce that Elsie passed away peacefully at Mackenzie Health Hospital, on Saturday, November 25, 2023. Elsie is survived by her adoring parents Chong Ye and Chiu Jung, her loving siblings Teresa, Lucy, Michael, Sheng, brother-in-law Hsien Li, sisters-in-law Ally and Lydia, nephews Daniel, Justin, Jason, Brian, niece Tiffany and niece-in-law Andrea. Elsie approached her life with the spirit of her Catholic faith and God on her side. She was an outgoing and bubbly force of nature with a huge personality and sense of humour to match. Her love for travel had taken her to many places around the world. Her friends and family will dearly miss her electric smile and her generous heart. She will be remembered forever by all whose lives she touched.
I am so very sorry to hear about Elsie’s death. Such a loving and generous person. I got to know Elsie at church and she will be missed and never forgotten.
I know Elsie from Prince of Peace Parish.
She was one of the most bubbly and happy person I have ever met. I will miss her . Rest in peace with the Lord, Elsie . Pray for us as we pray for you.
I am saddened to hear of Elsie’s passing.
We served together in the Eucharistic Ministry at Prince of Peace Church.
Norma and I extend our sincere condolences to her family. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
May she rest in eternal peace in the Lord’s embrace.
2 Corinthians 5:8
When we leave the body we are at home with the Lord.
I am deeply saddened to hear of Elsie’s death. My deepest condolences to her family and friends. I met Elsie five years ago on a pilgrimage to the holy sites of Our Blessed Mother. We bonded immediately through prayer, laughter and her zest for life. I will never forget her and will pray for the happy repose of her soul.
It was always a blessing to visit with Elsie when she came to the hospital for her appointments. Her life of faith centered on her devotion to the Eucharist, prayer and reflection was very inspirational. In spite of the challenges she faced in her life, she always remained positive, trusting in the care of the Lord.
I along with the staff here will miss Elsie, too soon taken from us. She was my friend.

Elsie will forever be in the hearts of the Rosary Group. She was truly a generous and giving person, full of life and joy. Rest in peace, Elsie.🙏.
Our condolences and prayers go to your family, Elsie. I pray for your Mother and Father in this time of loss.
Elsie fought the good fight. For true believers like you Elsie, to be absent in the body is to be present with the Lord.
You were truly an example for all Christians to follow. You will be missed but will be forever in our hearts.
I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Elsie for many years. She was a beautiful woman inside and out. She had so much goodness and kindness in her that she shared with all. Elsie will be missed but never forgotten. May she RIP…My prayers are with you all.
Hi Michael, I heard this depressing news. I’m so sorry for your loss. My condolences to you and your family.
My sincere condolences to Elsie’s family. We were workmates for many years, a truly special person. May Elsie find eternal peace on her new journey.
I knew Elsie for a short time in our Rosary group and loved her dearly as we all did. She will always be with us in spirit and prayer.
Just found out yesterday about her passing. Very very sad and still can’t believe it. She put her trust in me when she approved my first mortgage in this country. Always grateful for that and we never lost touch since then, 1994.
We chatted a lot whenever we meet
We are so sad to hear about the untimely passing of Elsie.
We went to Paraguay on a mission trip with Elsie.
She impressed us with her upbeat, bubbly personality.
It was a joy to share with her during that trip.
We have offered Masses for her for one year with the Jesuit Missionary Society.
May her soul rest in peace.
