elevated jVSS1 Donato Louis Paolini passed away peacefully on the morning of Monday, February 17th, 2025, in his 86th year. He was born on December 5, 1938, in Toronto. Don was the beloved husband of Ana Paolini and proud father to his son Jeffery (deceased), Mark, and Eduardo Paolini. He was a devoted grandfather to Cole and Emma Paolini. Don is also survived by his brother, Michael Paolini, and his wife, Valerie Coulahan, along with many nieces and a wide circle of friends. Mark’s late wife, Monika Storr, will also be remembered fondly as part of the family’s legacy. Don is also leaving behind Patricia, Mark’s fiancée, who brought joy to his life in recent years. Don’s career in real estate and property management spanned many years, and he built a reputation for his work ethic, integrity, and strong moral compass. His values and leadership not only impacted his family but also the people he worked with throughout his career. Though driven in his professional life, Don’s true joy was always his family. He lived with a sense of purpose and was a man of strong will and unwavering principles. His commitment to his loved ones and his ability to provide support and guidance made him a steady rock for those who knew him. In his free time, Don enjoyed listening to music, collecting movies, photography, hiking, camping, and cooking. These passions brought him great joy and allowed him to connect with the world around him in meaningful ways.His legacy will live on in the values he instilled in his children and grandchildren, as well as the countless memories he created over the years. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Mackenzie Health Hospital (Palliative Care Unit) .
elevated jVSS1 Don will be remembered for his unwavering character, his devotion to his family, and his quiet strength. He will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
