Steve,
My sincere condolences to you and your family on the loss of your mother. I remember her fondly and how welcome she made me when we hung out at your house.
I’m so sorry I cannot make the funeral but would really like to connect with you somehow and catch up on what has to be about 40 years. The last I heard you had moved out to Edmonton to pursue your engineering career.
I realize you’ll be very busy with the funeral but if you can find some time in the near future I’d love to connect with you.
I’ve left my e-mail address for you.
Thank you
Rick
Hey Rick, sorry I took so long replying to your message. Yes we are still here in the same house we moved to 40 years ago. The girls and our three grandchildren (all Daynas) are all close by. We spend about 4 months every winter in Phoenix area, play golf and I am always renoing the house.
How is your and Ron’s families. Your email does not show up on the message, but ours is slpark7@shaw.ca. We would like to hear from you, and and about anybody else we have lost touch with.
Jack and I extend our condolences to Don and Linda, and Steve and Leslie and all the kids, as well as Doris’s siblings, including my dad Bob. There was much to admire in the way Doris lived her life. She will be missed.
Dear Don and family. We are so sorry to hear about the passing of your beloved Mother. Know that your FNE family are with you as to their thoughts and prayers for your mother and you her family. To lose one’s mother no matter what her age is so very difficult. Our sincere sympathy as to your loss.
