elevated 3zhbB It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Elena Arnone (nee Albanese), at the age of 82 on Wednesday, January 13, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Alfredo Arnone. Cherished mother of Salvatore (Sam) and his wife Lucy, Sandro and his wife Richelle. Devoted Nonna of Amanda (Mauricio), Samantha (Domenico), Max, Josh and Jules. Proudest Bis-Nonna of Victoria, Sophia, Valentina and Marcus. Elena was born June 14, 1938 in San Giorgio Morgeto, Calabria, Italy. Loving daughter of the late Domenico and Maria Stella Albanese. Dearest sister of Rosa Mammoliti (Domenico), James Albanese (Karen) and the late Pasqualina Maugeri (the late Angelo). Elena will be dearly missed by many other relatives and friends.

Our hearts go out to you all. Zia Elena was a very generous and kind person. One memory I have of her is whenever she saw me coming home from work she always invited me to go upstairs to eat as she always had something prepared and on the table. Even at the home when we brought them food she would tell us to eat. Lol. Rest in peace.

it is with a heavy heart that we send you our deepest condolences. If there was one thing that I remember was Elena’s infectious smile. She was always smiling and happiest when she was feeding us with one of her great meals.
I truly believe that she is now with your Dad, smiling again.

To Sam and Sandro and Family, It is with great sadness that I learned today of your mother Elena’s passing. Your mother was always a happy person always that smile on her face and such a beautiful heart
making sure she shared what ever she cooked with us while working
in the grocery store in the same strip plaza where the Vanhill Hardware store was located. She made the best Monticristo Sandwiches. She loved you both very much and would do anything
for her family. She always had a place in my heart. Love you Elena.
