With a broken heart we say good bye to our Aunt/Tia Flora . The matriarch of the family is at peace. She was strong, tough, funny and so loving. Almost 94 this coming May on Mother’s Day. She will be so missed. Till we see you again Tia ❤️ We love you.
Huge hugs to all. We are so sorry that the current situation with the pandemic doesn’t allow us to be with you physically but you know how much love we have for all of you.
De tu Hijo Fernando and Kathleen You were a strong and very compasionate mother that always had the best interests in mind when it came to your family. At times when things were rough, you always smiled and cracked a joke to make us all laugh and lift our spirits. We always looked up to you for wise guidance and experience since you were the matriarch of the family. I always looked up to you and listened to you for your wise words. God has reached for you Mom and you are finally at peace. You are now in heaven and waiting for us.
Our thoughts and love go out to you. We will miss your mom dearly. Thinking of you and your family in this time of need.
We will continue praying for you from our hearts and we will always be available if you need us.

“Only for a short while”
Spending time with someone as precious as yaya was is a gift. This Aztec prayer reminds us that life is a gift.
“Oh, only for so short a while you have loaned us to each other, because we take form in your act of drawing us, and we take life in your painting us, and we breathe in your singing us. But only for so short a while have you loaned us to each other.
Yaya shall remain a never ending song in my heart of comfort, happiness, strength.
May she rest in peace . Amen.
Hola Flora,
Mis más profundo pésame. Tu madre siempre quedaría en mis recuerdos. D.E.P.
Flora ye acompañamos en el dolor de la perdida de tu mami,en este tiempo tan especial donde no podemos compartir en persona, descanse en paz Doña Flora.
Dear Family – We are so sorry that we cannot be there with you during this difficult time. Please know that our prayers and thoughts are with you. Dona Flora was one in a million. We have never met a woman of such strength and determination. She lived a good life on her own terms. She got to enjoy her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a good mother, grandmother, aunt, etc. but also a “Lady Boss” before that was even a thing. She was “El Sol de Espana”. We know she will be missed but rest assured that she lives on in each one of you Flora, Joyce and Hazel. You have inherited her many gifts. With much love to all of you. May she rest in peace. xo
Dearest Flora and entire family,
We’re so sorry for your loss. We we will always have her in our hearts.
We always will remember YAYA her wonderful sweet smile.
YAYA will be truly missed. RIP YAYA
Loved always.
