elevated KUXNH It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Geraldine Kathleen Brafield on Wednesday, November 8th, 2023, at the age of 84. She is predeceased by Paul (2000), her loving husband of 41 years. She was a devoted mother and inspirational role model to Leslie (Bernie), Linda (Craig), Laurie (David) and Lois (Stefan). Cherished Grammy to: Jessica (Brian), Tyler (Leah), Laura (Brad); Nicole (Mark), Scott (Mel), Curtis (Camilo); Matthew, Katlyn (Predeceased 2001), Christopher, Jacob; Amber (AJ), Erik (Katie), Ryan (Emma), Connor (Brittney), Natalie, Nicholas. She will be held dear in the hearts of her eleven great-grandchildren. Will be dearly missed by her loving partner Tom Tobin and missed by her extended family and her many friends. Geraldine was passionate about her family, friends and loved social experiences including travel. She was a kind, generous, supportive soul. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bethell Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Geraldine Brafield. She will be cremated and put to rest at Assumption Cemetery with a private ceremony with her immediate family
elevated KUXNH A Celebration Of Life will be held at Assumption Catholic Cemetery (6933 Tomken Road, Mississauga, Ontario) inside the Funeral Home on Sunday, December 3, 2023 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm.
