elevated SM22o Obituary
elevated SM22o It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Henry Kondrit, after a long battle with dementia.
elevated SM22o Henry was born in Montreal, Quebec, to polish immigrants, Alec and Annie but was raised in Toronto, Ontario. He is pre deceased by his sister, Helen. She was a deaf mute and Henry provided support and care for her for many years. Henry was a transport truck driver for Smith Transport and Massey Ferguson. He truly loved his job. Henry’s greatest love was his wife, Marie (Arrigo), who passed away in 2021. Marie and Henry were married for 68 years. They had two children, Tina and Rick, who they provided the best life. They will be greatly missed by them, as well as son-in-law, Scott, daughter-in-law, Cecilia, and their beloved grandchildren, Jenna, Lia, Anthony and Christopher.
elevated SM22o Henry will always be remembered for his kindness, outgoing personality, his willingness to always help out, and most of all his unconditional love for his family – always saying “you deserve this.” Dad, you deserve the best. You didn’t deserve to leave this life in this way. We know you are now with Jesus, together with mom, free of pain and suffering.
My deepest sympathies
We are so sorry for your loss. Henry was a great dad to you both. May you find strength and comfort in all the great memories you share. May your Dad have a peaceful journey into paradise where he can rest in peace with your mom ❤️🙏🏻
I’m so sorry for your loss, praying for your family during this difficult time. Sending lots of love
Your dad was a nice man, we would meet each other many times at the Hockey rink to watch Rick and Fred play. He would share stories of when he played. He loved the game. Very social and pleasant always thoughtful in getting us food and drinks. May he rest in peace🙏🏻❤️
He was a wonderful father and Papa to his grandchildren. Always joyful, and making everyone laugh. I will always remember his sense of humor. He was a kind and gentle soul. My prayers are with you in this difficult time. May he rest in peace🙏🙏
Thank you for the beautiful words about our father. Even though he did not live close to you, he always loved you
Dearest dad. This has been a long three and a half years. I was along with you, by your side, always trying my best to help you. Unfortunately, I could no longer help. I am truly devistated. You were the best father. You always told me that you would do anything for me and you did. I enjoyed our times together with you and mom, going on so many vacations. It was always the three of us and now you and mom have been taken from me. I pray that you will be reunited with our sweet angel Marie. I please ask for your forgiveness that I wasn’t able to be with you when you passed. I didn’t mean for you to be alone. Please know that I love you so much and you will forever be in my heart.
Grandpa,
I am glad you are at peace now. You were a great man and always instilled your values on others. May you find eternal rest.
Thank you dear Anthony. Even though my dad did not spend as much time with you as he wanted, please know that he always loved you.
Tina, Rick, and Scott, we are very sorry for your loss and pray you find courage and strength to help you through this difficult time. May God’s peace fill your hearts as you remember Henry in better days and see him now in the light of the Lord’s love and grace, may he rest in peace.
Thank you so much for your constant support and kind words about my father. We appreciate you more than words can say
So sorry for your loss! May his memory be eternal. So much love to the family ❤️
Our sincere condolences for the passing of your Dad Henry. Losing your Mom and now Dad (Grandparents) in three years is extremely difficult beyond words. All of our love, prayers and thoughts are with all of you during this very difficult time. I take some solace in knowing that your parents (grandparents) are at peace and now united having a good time up there with all of their other relatives like they used to do in the past. All of our love and support to the entire family.
Love, Natasha & Eddie
Thank you so much Natasha and Eddie for your kind words and support. I hope the family members are all together now, enjoying themselves like they used to. Heaven will never be the same. My mom and dad adored you
I am very sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to all of you.
I have so many fond memories of Henry growing up. I remember many examples of how kind of a man he was. Just one example was when Aunt Rosie’s husband Mike passed away Henry would go over to her house every week to cut her lawn and bring her groceries.
I also remember what a great life he had with his family and his beautiful wife Marie. I would be in awe of how Henry and Marie would dance the Jitter bug together. I hope they are dancing up there once again in heaven today. God rest his soul.
Love, cousin Gerry
Thank you so much Gerald thank you for sharing your memories of my dad. My mom and dad loved you dearly
