My deepest condolences to Anne and her family. I worked with Irene (and Anne) at SARB, and Irene was kind and thoughtful and always happy to chat for a few minutes. I have thought very fondly about both Anne and Irene over the years and then saw Irene’s obituary in the paper on the weekend. My thoughts are with you as you navigate this sad time.

I witnessed the love and affection Gerry and Irene had. Praying together at night. Watching morning mass every day..Saying Iloveyou to each other. And more. Since November 2023. I’m so glad that I was able got a chance to see and talked to her last July 18 @ Delmanor. She was surprised to see me again.
We’’ll missed you Gerry and Irene.
The Comisso family was deeply saddened by the news of Irene’s passing. May all of your wonderful memories of your Mum comfort you during this heartbreaking time.

I wish to send my condolences to the Devlin family. We the Njihias are sad to hear of the passing of our beloved Irene (mama Devlin) . We were direct recipients of Irene’s love and kindness when we immigrated to Canada. Irene has nurtured us over the years and always had words of encouragement at moments of difficulty. We credit her to our successful settling and thriving in Canada. May God rest her in eternal peace. Irene, your legacy lives on.
Jane and family
We mourn the death of Irene, the matriarch of the Devlin family and her partner in life, Gerry. We enjoyed our dinners with them, sharing our family stories and views on life. Their commitment to their Catholic faith and the raising of their five accomplished children is an inspiration to us. We are thrilled that our daughter Nadine and our grandchildren Matthew, Lauren and Caleb are part of this wonderful Devlin family.
We send our love to all of them.
