elevated CogBS It is with deep sorrow that we mourn the passing of Jimmy Wing Lok Kwan, on Monday January 11, 2021, at the age of 66. Jimmy will be dearly missed by his many relatives and friends. Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, there will be a Private Family Visitation on Saturday January 16, 2021.
