elevated hFq1M It is with extremely heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jordan Marco Cianfarani on Thursday April 10th 2025 at the age of 30. Beloved son to Rosemary Cianfarani (Elizabeth De Sousa), Marco Cianfarani (Emerenziana Aceto), Grandson to Teresa and John Tassone, Maria and the late Leonardo Cianfarani. Brother to Matthew, Adam and Sofia, uncle to Alani, and partner to Elda William for 13 years.
elevated hFq1M Jordan will be missed by countless aunts, uncles and cousins along with extended family and friends.
elevated hFq1M Jordan will forever be remembered for his sense of humour, love of hats and acts of compassion for others, especially for those in need. The family will forever remember his excitement for the simple things in life, and how deeply important time with family and friends was to him. Jordan never ended a phone call or visit without a hug and telling people he loved them.
elevated hFq1M In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that we carry on honouring Jordan’s compassionate heart by bringing new toques or hats to be donated to those in need.
