Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Bruna and your family, at this very sad time. May he rest in the peace of Jesus Christ. May you and your family think only of the wonderful years he was in your lives and not of the struggles he had with his illness. Our heartfelt prayers are with you to help you through this difficult time. My mom and dad, Lina and Silvano Onisto, wish to send their heartfelt condolences to you Bruna and your family at this time. Always remembered in our hearts!!
Our deepest condolences to the Onisto family
for the great loss

Although more that two years after the fact, I was truly struck to read of Luciano’s passing. He was a true gentleman, possessed of a good nature and gentle sense of humour. He reminded me in no small way of my mother’s youngest brother in Castelfranco Veneto, Italy. Luciano always seemed younger than his years, one of those people you could never picture getting old.
I had the good fortune of working with him & for his brother Mario in the late 1980’s and have always counted those years as among the best of my life, and this despite the rigour of the work.
I last met him in 2008 laying out the new house DIRECTLY across the street from the house myself & my fiance had purchased just before our wedding (it was not yet framed), both houses were from the same builder! This was no small coincidence!! I took it as a sign that we had done the right thing. Luciano himself had changed little, and we both recognized the other immediately and laughed. I begged the builder to have Onisto Construction frame our house but it wasn’t to be, to my forever regret.
My belated condolences to Luciano’s family and particularly to his brother Mario.
