   She was the daughter of Casimir and Cocess D’Souza. Born and raised in Dalanthre, Mudharangady (India), she spent most of her life there. A schoolteacher by profession, she taught from 1950 to 1984 at St. Francis Primary School in Mudharangady.
   She moved to Canada in 2003.
   She dedicatedly and lovingly raised her seven children and was a proud grandmother of fourteen.
   We her children and grandchildren pay her homage with affection and gratitude. We are extremely thankful for the beautiful time together with her. Her love, dedication, and guidance will always be remembered and cherished.
   Let us pray Almighty God grant her eternal rest and reward her for all her good deeds on earth.

   Our sincere condolences on the passing of your dear mum. Aunty Lucy was kind, loving, caring and will be sadly missed.
   May it comfort you to know that she is in a better place.
   May her soul Rest In Peace.
