elevated HiqX7 We are saddened to announce the passing of Manuel “Manny” Dela Cruz Gonzalez, a cherished member of our community, who left us on April 23, 2024 at the age of 62.
elevated HiqX7 Born on December 04, 1961 in Davao City, Manny was known for his devout faith and active involvement in the Catholic Church. He dedicated much of his time to various Catholic religious groups, always eager to lend a helping hand and offer words of wisdom and comfort.
elevated HiqX7 Manny was a beacon of light and hope to those who knew him. His unwavering faith and commitment to his community were evident in everything he did. He was a loving father, a devoted friend, and a true servant of God. His presence enriched the lives of many, and his legacy of kindness and devout spirit will forever remain in our hearts.
elevated HiqX7 He leaves behind his family and countless friends and community members who were blessed to know him.
elevated HiqX7 A funeral service will be held on May 3, 2024 at 10 AM at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 191 Wade Gate, Thornhill, ON L4J 5Y4. All who knew Manny are welcome to attend.
elevated HiqX7 We miss him dearly, but we take comfort in knowing that he is now at peace in eternal rest, free from the illness and suffering he endured. His strength and courage in the face of adversity will continue to inspire us all

Manuel knew how to communicate with people from heart to heart. My parents who don’t speak English considering him as a friend. Manuel would learn some words in Russian to keep in touch with my father. In all these years he became a very good friend to all of us. Rest In Peace, Manuel! Our deepest condolences to Jeanny and children. Praying for you and keep you in our hearts ♥️

22-years from the Pacific to this great north our fates broth us across this living journey. To his last breathe, he was in touch. His brilliance and caring ways touched the minds and hearts of beings. He’s kindness was pure, he was and will always there! 💕🙏🕊️
Although we only recently met, I appreciated how Manny’s faith never wavered. He held on tight to his God, with full trust he was going to the safest place he could ever be; in the hands of the one who has power to even resurrect the dead.
May God provide you, each member of the family and friends, peace and comfort you individually need during the time of healing.
May YHWH be with you all.
