It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Michael “Bob” on Saturday, April 1, 2023 in Toronto at the age of 74. Bob is predeceased by his parents Helen Margaret and Amedie. He is survived by his siblings Irene, Yvonne, Ron and Diane. Bob will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and extended family especially the memories of our summers at Toronto Centre Island and Bob’s smiling face. Due to Bob’s love for children as an expression of sympathy, donations to Sick Kids Hospital would be appreciated.

Seya on the Other Side Bob and Thank you for all you Did for Us
Grew up with Sharon and all the Jordans, such great memories of Uncle Bobby always at Irene’s place, such a great guy always smiling In later years when I had my own children we went to center island and always looked for Bobby we would usually end up on his ferry one way and we would catch up. Fly high with the angels now Bobby god speed.

Bob was a local legend at the Toronto Ferry Docks. I worked with him as a deckhand in my first season, and for the next 32 years. Bob is missed.
I met Bob 37 years ago when I started working at the Ferry Docks. I have many memories of Bob but the one that stands out is that he was always smiling.
Rest in piece old friend.
Today I got some sad news that I knew would be coming sooner then later that my incredible God Father Bob Bouche has passed on to be reunited with his saviour. My heart aches and I’m very sad , I’ve never met a more kind, sweet and caring man then Bob. I know he will forever be looking after me from heaven now and that brings me comfort. I will continue his legacy of kindness and following Gods word in my everyday life. Thank you God for putting Bob in my life and thank you Bob for loving me always ❤️❤️❤️
May his family and friends feel his love forever in their memories. Amen🙏❤️🙏
Love,
Tina DelGrande
I worked with Bob at the Toronto Island Ferry service for a number of years.. I am sorry to hear of his passing . My condolences to his family
Sad to hear of Bob’s passing. I worked for two seasons with Bob aboard the Toronto Ferries. He was always smiling and we had many a good laugh. You will be missed Bob.
