elevated jUkBB Obituary
elevated jUkBB After a long battle with Leukemia, our dearest Michael Rey has departed this world. He is gone, but will not be forgotten. God called Michael peacefully on October 10, 2023 at the age of 67. He is now reunited in Heaven with his loving parents George and Carmella Rey. He leaves behind his dear sisters Marie (Roger) and Betty Anne (Manuel) and his brother Frank (Angie). He was the proud uncle to Rick (Lucy), Christopher, Mark (Lu) and Maya, and great uncle to Olivia and Lucas. He was an amazingly warm, kind hearted man and will be remembered dearly in the hearts of his family, relatives, and friends. If so desired, donations in memory of Michael may be made to Princess Margaret Hospital.
elevated jUkBB Rest In Peace dearest Michael.

From all the McBurneys. So hard to believe we have lost our dear friend. Our hearts are aching and we send love and prayers to all the family.
Dear Michael you were such a gentle soul and I feel very blessed to have met you. I have very fond memories of you I will cherish
I loved your laugh and your silliness but most of all, your honesty rest easy my dear friend ❤️
Michael I miss you so much. I tried to watch Columbo at your condo but it’s not the same without you. Who will I sing the elephant song to. You fought so hard and I guess your 9 lives ran out. Now you are finally pain free and in peace. I’ll see you in Heaven when it’s my time. Say hi to mom, dad , uncle Mike, Manuel and all our other family and friends.
p.s. Amaka sends her love and prayers.
Love Betty Anne (Ben)
Michael, you were my little next-door neighbor and we used to go to school together. I miss you. My love to you and the family who’s left behind. Maybe you can keep a spot open for me next door when it’s my turn to move. Until then, I’ll be thinking of you and your courage. Be at peace, my friend.
Very sorry for your loss. Michael was a very kind person. I’m thinking of your family.
Sending my deepest condolences to the Rey family❤️

I’m so sorry for the loss of Michael. He was a great person to be around.
To Michael’s loving family, extended family, and friends. My heartfelt condolences for this profound loss.. Michael had an incredibly sweet nature and gentle smile and soul. I know he was well taken care of by his family and I hope the many memories that you all have and share give your hearts some peace in the coming days, months, and years to come.
Michele, you are a great brother, you took care of Mom and Dad for many years and never asked for help. That is the type of person you are, if anybody needed help, you would be the first one there. I will miss having a Guinness with you. Even when you felt really sick you always asked how everyone was doing without thinking of your self.
You will be missed
Frankie
Rest in Peace Michael.
I will always cherish the Greatful memories of seeing you in the mornings with a joyous smile and a loving heartfelt strong handshake.
My condolences to all of his family.
Blessed Be
🤠❤️
I was able to share wonderful passages from the Bible with Michael over the last couple years, he took comfort from John 5:28,29, Acts 24:15, and Romans 6:7 the last two says ” Those that have died their sins have been acquitted, and their is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous . Michael was our first cousin, he was such a humble person, he always found occasion to laugh with his quirkiness you can almost hear him. He never spoke bad about anyone and was always happy to hear from you, calling out your name loudly. He was such a gentle soul in our midst. We can hardly wait to see you again Mike. Our deepest condolences to Ben, Roger, Marie, Frankie, Angie, all the nieces, nephews and their kids.
Farewell my dear, brave brother. I will miss you so much–every time the Leafs play, going by a Timmies, watching “W” movies. This world is a little sadder with you gone.
