elevated HQDsS Passed away on December 25th, 2020 at Markham Stouffville Hospital in his 71st year. Beloved father to Adam and James (Shannon). Grandfather to Ryder, Brooke and Ryan. Adored brother & friend to Paula Marsden-Spearn (Scott Spearn), John Marsden (Susie Milne) and Erica Angus (Blaine Angus). Michael was also a special uncle to Sarah Wittrup (Scott Wittrup), Jennifer Woods, Leigh-Anne Woods-Day (Steven Day), Jamie Marsden, Katie Marsden, Shealyn Angus-Duhamel (Michael Duhamel), David Angus (Jessica Angus) and Daniel Angus (Heather Grieve). Michael is predeceased by his parents Eric and Margaret Marsden and by his sister Heather Woods.
elevated HQDsS Michael (Mike) left his mark on the hearts of so many friends both in his personal life and business life. An outstanding realtor, he was devoted to generations of families. His many friends in Stouffville and beyond meant everything to him. He loved his cars and boats, his dear pet Lucy and his community, and he will forever be remembered for his smile, the twinkle in his eye, and his passion for life.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be a private family Funeral Service at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home on Thursday, January 7th. A memorial for the extended family and friends of Michael will be announced at a later date.

It it with great sadness that I learn about Mike’s passing. I volunteered with Mike at the Terry Fox Run for numerous years and remember him fondly as a dedicated, committed volunteer. He was an example of humbleness, great sense of humor and getting his job done.

I’ll miss you Mike. We had 3 great years going “steady” in high school & even though we went our separate ways we stayed in touch & remained friends which I valued. I have lots of memories & pictures so you will never be forgotten. Rest in peace Babe.
