elevated kWusI Michele di Petta passed away peacefully on April 7, 2024, two months after celebrating his 99th birthday. 

elevated kWusI Born in Colle d’Anchise, Campobasso, Italy on February 4, 1925, Michele came to Canada in 1952 followed by his wife Carmelinda and children Angelo, Rita and Sylvia in 1956. After decades of hard work, as an auto worker, to support his family, Michele retired in 1988 to pursue his passion for vegetable gardening, fig trees, wine-making and playing computer solitaire. He will be sadly missed by Angelo (Catriona), Rita, Sylvia (Thomas), grandchildren Nicolette (Scott), Michael (Daniella), Gillian (Boden) and great-grandchildren Briana and Bethany. Pre-deceased by Carmelinda (2004) he is now at eternal peace with her.
