While we are grief-stricken at the loss of a dear friend, we are consoled that May is now with God.
Dear May,thank you for your lively companionship in our sisterly group. You are long remembered.
I have known Natalia for ten years. She will be remembered as a happy and forthright lady, and will be in my memory as I reminisce our tours.
We will always remember May’s infectious laugh, her love of basketball, and her devotion to her family
Can never find the right word to express the loss of a friend that one has known since childhood. Will remember May always!
We will find our lives to be different without May my dear friend. She was someone I shared regular chats with while eating a spicy meal. She was well loved and respected. May she Rest In Peace. Rita and George
Natalia, I promise I will one day go to Porto and drink all the wine on your behalf! You will be in my prayers.
Our grief and prayers are with the loss of our dear friend May. The memories of her outspoken and vibrant personality, her love of high energy sports like table tennis, our get-togethers/outings and Poh-Poh talks will be cherished forever.
Dear May, thank you for your lively companionship in our sisterly group. You are long remembered.

Dearest May, Thank you for being so kind always, and giving me a lot of fun. Thank you for trusting and sharing. I miss your laughs and your stories. Look forward to having more fun with you in our heavenly home. Will miss you till then.
May and I chanced upon our Huangshan trip in 2011. She was such a joy to be with. Always bubbly. I had to catch up with her bright ideas. Will always remember you, May.
A small lady with a big big laugh. And the heart to match.
Dear May is a living tribute in everyone ‘s heart
She will be well remembered deeply in our heart
Davina and Jason became dear friends of mine when we lived in the same apartment building about 10 years ago. Natalia would often be at the apartment on the weekends and she would hang out with our group of friends, like she was one of us! We didn’t have to “behave” because she was around. She had fun along with us! What a spirit! Davina and I have shared an understanding and a bond over being raised by strong Asian mothers; and the family first approach they instilled within us. Davina’s happiness was Natalia’s happiness. This is the legacy Davina will carry on with Natalia’s beautiful grandson Henry. Family first, his happiness is Davian’s happiness. Her legacy lives on. Love to the entire family.
Will truly miss spending time with Mrs Wong. I was always happy to see her when I visited Davina. We shared so many laughs. I will always remember making dumplings with her and Davina. I was stunned by her recipe and I still have a good laugh every time I share the story.
My deepest condolences to the whole family.
I have known Mrs. Wong since I was 15 years old. She was the very definition of a dedicated mom – strict and wise, caring and fun-loving, unwavering and selfless. And her laugh was contagious! Mrs. Wong was so spirited and showed a kindness to all of Davina’s friends. She could be counted on for sage advice and a good laugh. Mrs. Wong will be greatly missed but her charisma and spirit will live on through Davina and her grandson, Henry. Sending my love in this most difficult time.
So sorry for your loss. I didn’t know Natalia well. However, I did know of her warm smile and kindness. She will forever leave footprints on your heart and her memory will live on in Davina and Henry. Thinking of you of all in these difficult days.
Be kind to yourselves and each other.
Our deepest sympathy to David, Davina, Jason, Henry and the rest of Natalia’s family. We understand the depth of loss of a Mother’s passing.
We have known Natalia for over 15 years, since our children started dating. We bonded over our love of Henry. He will miss her terribly.
Natalia spent a lot of time this past year helping Davina “Home” School Henry during the COVID -19 crisis.
I was brought to tears hearing Henry read to me… Jason informed us that Natalia or “Poh-Poh” as he called her had taught him. This is a gift that he will carry with him and enjoy forever.
Natalia will be greatly missed by our family and by all who knew her.
Remembering a wonderful, vivacious, fun-loving school friend who will live forever in our hearts and minds. RIP dear May. Xx
We are honoured and blessed to have known May as a friend over the last 36 years, someone who was kind, smart, and capable, we still cannot believe we have lost our dear friend. But take comfort in knowing that she is now resting in the arms of our lord.
Our deepest condolence to David, Davina & family, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Dear May Yee, I never had a chance to tell you that I as an adult look back on what you had done for our family throughout the years, since our first arrival in Canada all the way until my mom got injured in the past few months. I am sorry I can’t tell you this in person but please know that I am grateful and lucky to have you as my auntie. I am so so sorry for not having expressed that when I could. Eunice, niece.
You left so soon and so sudden. Your burst of laughter, inner strength ,determination and wit will always remain with us. You are always in our hearts
Dear Davina –
Thinking of you and wishing you peace and comfort as you celebrate the life of your mom and best friend.
With deepest sympathy,
Ron & Joan
Our condolences to the family, and we will forever have May in our thoughts and prayers.
What a wonderful photo of May, capturing her immensel vitality and love of life. We will miss May, but will continue to be uplifted by her warmth and generosity!
Condolences to the family. And thank you,Davina, for your very touching tribute.
My deepest condolence to David and Davina, Jason and Henry at this difficult time. Let loving memories of happy times replace your sorrow with a smile—–these memories will sustain you in times of sadness . I also miss a dear friend, her bubbly personalty and phone conversations and laughter to cheer me constantly.
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sorrow.
To the immediate and extended family of Natalia, May, I wish to express my condolences.
I knew her as the fiercely protective, lively, older sister of my dear friend Eileen, when they were both newly arrived in the small town of St. Marys, sometime in the mid 1970’s. Natalia’s presence, the flash of her eyes, and her beaming smile, come readily to mind, even after all these years.
Deepest sympathy and peace.
