elevated 5XrgL Nick Joseph Circosta
elevated 5XrgL Peacefully passed away on September 25, 2021, at the age of 73, surrounded by his loving family, in his home, after a courageous battle with cancer.
elevated 5XrgL Beloved husband of Ada for 53 years. Loving father of Lisa (Craig), James (Winnie), and Paul (Stefania). Adored brother of Loretto (Donna), Nancy (Joe), predeceased by Gino. Cherished grandfather of Olivia, Michael, Samantha, Zachary, Claire, and Emma. Loved by his nieces, nephews, and all his extended family in Canada, Australia, the United States, and Italy.
elevated 5XrgL Those fortunate enough to know Nick were in the company of a selfless and charitable man, a generous soul always willing and wanting to give a helping hand. Family first was a value entrenched in his every action. Nick’s commitment to his immediate and extended family was unwavering and of paramount importance was to keep the family unit strongly connected.

As a local real-estate businessman, he proudly and generously gave back to the community in which he worked and lived. Nick was an avid angler and hunter leading him to explore the near north, where he would balance his passion for the outdoors with his keen interest in real estate development.
elevated 5XrgL Of his many accomplishments his most prized and successful was position of Chief Executive Grandfather. It is a title he carried with pride and a role he exercised with the utmost care as teacher, role model, playmate, fishing buddy, practical joker, and friend.

Nick was propelled by an intense work ethic, and was always all-in. No matter what the challenge or the opportunity he always tried his hardest. Nick gave to the fullest and was everything to us all.

Good morning, Nick
After 69 years and 5 months I can’t bring myself to address you another way.You will have met with Mommy, Daddy, and Gino by now, I imagine they were surprised to see you.
What needed to be said has been said many times over, you had a great run with many achievements, but there were bumps along the
the way. You were always able to deal with them and the only thing that mattered was your love for ADA, and Lisa, James and Paul followed by your grandchildren, Micheal, Zac, Olivia, Samantha, Clare and Emma.
The beauty of you, you left room for all the rest of us!
You will be missed, but I will talk to as I speak to Gino for continued guidance as God knows I need it.
All the love a brother can give is yours, for always!
Our deepest condolences to the Circosta Family during this difficult time.

“Remembering”
We all love to be remembered.
But if we want to be remembered,
we have a duty also to remember.
Those we remember never die.
They continue to walk and talk with us.
Our dear Nick, we want you to know that you will be remembered always
and you will not be forgotten.
May the Lord bless you and keep you.
May the Lord let his face shine on you
and be gracious to you.
May the Lord look kindly on you and give you peace.
Riposa in pace nostro amato cugino. Possa nostro Signore ti concederti la pace eterna.
Love,
Jim, Rose and family
Dear Auntie Ada and Cousins,
It is hard to believe that Uncle Nick is now with Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Gino. The absence of him, his corny jokes and singing old songs will be greatly missed at our family events. He loved you all so much and was so proud of his children, but that didn’t compare to the way he lit up when he spoke of his grandchildren!
I feel fortunate to have learned more about his incredible life during a visit with him this past spring. He shared about the early days in Nobleton and the many contributions he made to a town that will forever hold a special place in all of our hearts. He talked about all of the wonderful things he accomplished in his life and also spoke of the hurdles and bumps in the road. I am so thankful for that afternoon of us sitting around the table and listening to those old stories.
During a recent visit, when he found it difficult to keep his eyes open, we were reminiscing about the songs he used to sing. We were trying to remember who sang “Tell Laura I Love Her”, as this was a song would sing from time to time. While we started to Googe the singer, he spoke up and said “Ray Paternson” and then drifted back into peaceful sleep. Even in his final days he was sharp!
My earliest memories with Uncle Nick are from the cottage, my very first time fishing, awaiting his smelt deliveries and of course, Sherlock! I know I wouldn’t have had those outdoor experiences until adulthood if it weren’t for him sharing his love of the great outdoors with us.
Uncle Nick and all of his Uncle Nicksims will never be forgotten. His commitment to family, strong work ethic and even corny sense of humour, will live on in Lisa, James and Paul.
Love you all!
Laura, Mike, Kiera and Averie Bruno
