Nicola Aimola, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, peacefully passed away in his sleep on Sunday, November 12, 2023. Born on July 30th, 1939, Nicola lived a remarkable 84 years, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know him.

Nicola is survived by his loving wife, Agata Aimola nee DiCarlo, with whom he shared a lifetime of love, laughter, and enduring companionship. He is remembered by his children: Clara Keatings nee Aimola and her spouse Brian Keatings, and Guerino Aimola and his wife Kelly Aimola. Nicola’s legacy continues through Clara’s children, Kevin Keatings and Megan Keatings, and Guerino’s children, Selena Caprice Pahman and her husband Nicholas Pahman, Nicholas Aimola and his wife Angelica Aimola, and their son Andrea, as well as Anita Aimola, Brianna Aimola, and Marcus Aimola.

Nicola’s skilled hands, dedicated for over 70 years to the art of tailoring, left an everlasting imprint on the lives of those who wore his meticulously crafted garments. His commitment to his craft mirrored the commitment he showed to his family, providing strength, wisdom, and boundless love.

Though Nicola faced challenges with remarkable strength and resilience, his time eventually arrived. As we bid our final farewell to Nicola Aimola, let us remember the warmth of his smile, the wisdom in his advice, and the love he showered upon each of us. His memory will forever live on in our hearts.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Canadian Cancer Society, a cause dear to Nicola’s heart.

A memorial service to celebrate Nicola’s life will be held on Friday November 17th, at 10:00am. Friends and family are invited to join in remembrance and support.

May Nicola Aimola rest in eternal peace, knowing that his love and legacy will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew him.
