elevated KaIqk Our family is heartbroken to announce the passing of the most beautiful angel, Pamela Denise Smith. She left us in the early morning of March 31, 2025, to be reunited with the love of her life, Leonard Ross Smith.
elevated KaIqk Pamela was born in British India on July 21st,1930 to Ruby and Jack Emery; the youngest of 4 children. She led an unusual childhood growing up in India, with all the pomp and circumstance of the British Empire. She moved back to London as a young woman post World War II after the sudden passing of her father. While London was an exciting place for Pamela, she embarked on the adventure of a lifetime when she was 24 to visit the ‘colonies’, as she would say. Shortly after arriving in Toronto, she met Len at a Valentines Day dance, and the rest is history. Mother to Malcolm (Sharon) and Heather (Lawrence), grandmother (Nanny) to David (Ewa), Carolyn (Domenico) and Michael (Brittany), and great grandmother (GiGi) to Adiana, Cole, Alberto, Ruby, Bodie and Capri, she was simply the best.
elevated KaIqk To all who knew her, she gave us 94 years of the purest love. She always said, ‘Love is free, you should give it away’. We should all live by this simple thought. God Bless.

When I see a beautiful garden, I think of you
When I smell butter tarts baking, I think of you
When I dress up for a special occasion, I think of you
When I laugh, when I cry, when I hear a cheery hello or goodbye …I think of you
