Peter Anthony Fernandes Passed away peacefully with his loving wife Bernardine of 59 years by his side on Tuesday, September 27, 2022. Cherished father of Luis (Nancy) and Genevieve (Mohamed). Beloved grandfather of Amna, Noelle, Alessandra, and Nicholas. Dear brother to Catherine (late Santos), late Amar (Jane), Basil (Dolly), George (Helen), and Sebastian. Will be missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends all around the world. Predeceased by brother-in-law Jacinto (late Margaret).

Dera Bernardine, Genevieve and Luis. I am saddened to learn of the passing of Peter. Although he is resting peacefully and free from suffering now, he will live on through the many memories he forged with those of us who knew him. My thoughts are with you, Nancy, Mo and the grandchildren during this difficult time.

Thank you for letting us know Peter had passed away. We’re both shocked and sad to hear of his passing and we are sorry for your loss. Peter and Bernadene joined us for many good times. Sorry we won’t be able to get to the funeral. We moved two half weeks ago and now live in Trenton Ont. We will call Bernadene in a couple of weeks when things have settled for both of us.

He was such a good man who always had a warm smile and brightened everyone’s day! He helped so so many people in his life.
