elevated zGaaW Obituary
elevated zGaaW Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 91. Reunited with his beloved wife Mary (nee Baker). Loving father of Cathy Lindeblom (Doug), Michael, Jim (Susan), Stephen (Laurie), Dan and Billy (Chantale). Proud grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of 4. His Catholic faith and his family were always most precious to him, and he devoted his time, energy and resources to these gifts he treasured most. His friends from St. Mike’s High School, where he excelled at hockey, remained dear to him for nearly eight decades. Bob enjoyed a successful career in the financial services industry, travelling throughout North America and making many lifelong friends. He humbly served the poor his entire life, and for many years volunteered to prepare tax returns for those who relied on the services of the Good Shepherd in Toronto. He will be remembered for his kindness and generosity and will be held dear in the hearts of his extended family, friends and caregivers. Many thanks for the loving care and friendship he received from Manresa, the Colonial and Abbeylawn. In lieu of flowers, donations in honour of Bob can be made to the Manresa Jesuit Spiritual Renewal Centre in Pickering or the Good Shepherd Ministries in Toronto.

I knew Bob while he lived in the Colonial.
I never met a kinder, more humble man in my life. It was an honour to have known him.
