elevated 5qlA9 It is with heavy hearts that we inform you of the passing of Silvano on May 7, 2021. He will be sorely missed by his family, friends and loved ones. Wife Mary, sons Maurizio (Laura), Daniel (Ana). His mother Adelaide, and father the Late Augusto, his sister Anna (Carmen), and brother Piero (Annelise). The joy of his life were his Grandsons Matthew, Nathan and Nikola. There are in-laws, nieces, nephews, friends, acquaintances that will all miss the larger than life person that Silvano has always been.
elevated 5qlA9 COVID will not defeat Silvano from doing what he wanted even in death. His wishes to be cremated wearing his navy blue t-shirt and shorts will be honoured. When COVID restrictions are lifted, a mass will be a held and we will join together at his final resting place at Queen of Heaven with a celebration of his beautiful life to follow. The most important things in his life have always been family, friends, and his undeniable passion for cooking. He loved exploring the world on his motorcycle…Keep riding my love. We are sure he is in heaven raising havoc just like he did on earth.
elevated 5qlA9 The family would like to thank everyone who has helped Silvano including his nurses and doctors. He was touched with every visit, phone call or text that any one has sent and he felt all the love.
elevated 5qlA9 “He will forever be in our hearts.”

We were honoured to have known Silvano from the moment our kids decided to become life partners. For this very short time, we had a chance to travel and spend time together on the beaches in Montenegro, enjoy multiple family gatherings and great food in our homes and most importantly share the joy and love of our grandson Nikola. Our dear Silvano left us way too early. We will greatly miss his presence, his tasty food, funny life stories, and loud but passionate conversations. We will keep him in our hearts and he will be in our thoughts always.
With sorrow in our hearts we express our most sincere condolences to all his family, friends, relatives and anyone who has had the privilage of knowing him. Special condolences to his mom, wife, brother and sister, sons and daughters in law and grandsons.
With love,
The deeply saddened Blazek family

Silvano had a heart of gold. I don’t have one memory of him not smiling or laughing. you will be truly missed.
Silvano, your gusto and passion for life was epic and we will miss you dearly. There’s a place in our hearts where your smile, your laughter, and your love will live forever. Wild child at heart who loved to ride with the wind. No holding you back now. Soar high and ride with the wild winds to new and wonderful places with all our love in tow.
Our sincere condolences to you Mary and your family during this difficult time. May you rest in peace Silvano.
I love you all so much and my heart goes out to Zizi Mary and the entire Greco family as you each grieve this enormous loss. John and I grieve with you. Zizi Silvano was always a light in our lives and I know I was so very lucky to have had his passion and energy present in so many memories. He gave me wonder and excitement in my childhood with Santa visits at the holidays. He inspired courage in me and taught me it’s okay to be a little wild sometimes (for his niece this was okay sometimes, while for him it was a 24/7 thing hehe).
He always showed how much love he could give by supporting me in every new leg of my education journey, and by being there to support John and I in the beginning of our adventure together by officiating our wedding. He never wavered in supporting those he loved – he helped me move atleast a dozen times while my education brought me to various places. Zizi Silvano, no time together on earth would have been enough; you will be so missed. You’ve left a big imprint in my life and I’m so grateful you shared your courage, spice and unconditional loving nature with me. I wish you would have had some time to share your energy with our son Austin. Your memories will be shared. Your loving niece Tessa and John
