elevated gORLS It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear angel, Teresa Guzzi. God called on Teresa on Monday, January 18, 2021 and she passed away peacefully at Markham Stouffville Hospital, at the age of 73 years. Beloved wife to Emilio Guzzi. Loving mother to Eugenio (Silvia), Franco (Cristina) and Luisa (Leonard). Adored nonna to Daniella, Christian, Nathan and Isabella. Devoted sister to Onofrio, Caterina and Tina. Teresa will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her extended family and friends. Donations in Teresa’s memory may be made to the Daily Bread Food Bank. May she rest in peace.

It still just feels like a bad dream, one day you were teaching me things or we were talking about our kids and grandkids and the next thing i heard you were gone…..these past years we were starting to get so close, we always talked because we are cousins but these last 7-8 years we had become so close, thanks to FB…..lol….you always told me how much you loved me because i was always there for you but you were there for me to, we talked almost everyday…..i could say so many things but they will stay in my heart and in my mind forever…..May you Rest In Peace Teresa i will miss you forever….Love you with all of my heart…..Cathy.

To Emilio and family, it is with great shock that I head that Teresa is no longer among us. She was my mom’s caregiver but became a true and close friend. She called my mom Gioia and was kind, compassionate and energetic. Took care of everyone with enthusiasm. She had become like a second mom to me.
