The world lost some of its sparkle today as we announce the passing of our dear husband and father Vito Guerra. He passed away in Toronto peacefully with his family by his side at the age of 59. He was born in Toronto to Vincenzo and Anna Guerra (nee Sessana).
elevated Oo6bd He is survived by his beloved spouse Virginia (nee Parise). He was an adored father to Alyssa, brother to Michael, brother-in-law to Sherry and Stefania, and uncle to Riel (spouse Brittany and son Rowen) Daniel and Natalie. His sparkle lives through them forever.
elevated Oo6bd The family would like to extend their deepest thanks to the staff of Humber River Hospital for their compassion.
elevated Oo6bd Vito was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, son, friend; and a teacher and mentor to all. He taught us all how to love, to smile, to laugh and how to appreciate the beautiful life we are given. His absence is one we all will feel. He will always be remembered as an inspiration and a fighter, and someone to be looked up to.

They say God only takes “the good ones” in this case he took the best. He was by far the kindest, most honest, loving and noble man I have ever known. It’s one of the greatest privileges of my life to have had him in my life. I’m gonna miss you Veets, may you rest in peace amongst your fellow angels. Till we meet again, I love you🙏🏻

I had the pleasure of being on Vito’s team when I joined Staples almost 5 years ago, and wish I was able to work with him longer. He was so very supportive, full of guidance, and was an excellent mentor. He always reassured me that I could reach out to him anytime for assistance, as he was always ready to help. I was so saddened to hear of his passing, as I was always hopeful we would see him return. Thinking of his family, and everyone who knew him. Such a reminder for all of us to be so grateful for our health, for each other, and that life is so fragile. Vito was a kind gentleman who will be truly missed.
